Remove a Burned-In Timestamp from Your Photo
Beyond a date, many photos and security-cam stills carry a full timestamp — date and time together, sometimes a camera label — overlaid in a fixed corner. removr clears that timestamp block and rebuilds the area underneath it. Use it on your own photos and footage stills, or images you're licensed to edit.

Timestamp watermark removal — FAQ
How is this different from removing a date stamp?
A timestamp is usually a wider block with both time and date (and sometimes a camera ID), so there's more area to reconstruct — which removr handles in the same pass.
Can it clean a still exported from a security camera?
Yes, on the exported still image. removr works on images only, so export the frame first, then clear the overlay.
Will the corner look natural after the timestamp is gone?
Yes — the overlaid area is reconstructed from the surrounding scene so it blends in.
Will it blur or smudge the rest of the image?
No. The AI is trained to reconstruct only the area under the mark and leave the rest of the photo untouched — no global blur.
Do I pay for images that fail?
No. 1 credit equals 1 image, and if a removal doesn't come out clean the credit is automatically refunded.
Is there a free option?
Yes — every new account gets 5 free credits on signup, no card required, so you can try it on your own images first.
